Once you are booked, we will send you an invoice reflecting the balance of your trip. You will have a minimum payment due monthly. The final payment date for this trip is June 30, 2026.
This is a LANDONLY PACKAGE, you are required to purchase your international flight from your perspective airport city. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Brazil “airport code: GIG” on AUGUST 11, 2026. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on AUGUST 16, 2026. You should also schedule your departure flight for MAY 1, 2026, from Brazil “airport code: GIG”
Travel Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Brazil – Meet and assist service upon arrival at Brazil airport by your tour leader. Transfer to your hotel. Check-in with free time to relax. Welcome dinner.
Day 2
A Day of Tokyo – After breakfast, we will tour Rio which includes visiting the Christ Redeemer, one of the world’s wonders as well as other iconic attractions in Rio.
Day 3
Exploring Tokyo – After breakfast we will spend the day Feeling the rhythm of Rio and explore local life.
Day 4
Free Day tp explore at your leisure.
Day 5
Day 5: Today will put on our swimsuits and take a private boat party. We will sail through the stunning turquoise waters of Aaraial do Cabo on a luxury sport boat. While on the waters, those of you who are swimming can take a dive into the warms waters. Hopefully we get to see some dolphins while cruising the waters.
Day 6
Day 6: Departure Day: Transfer to the airportfor your departure home.
This is a binding non-transferable contract for travel with Ladies N the Sky. I understand that if I miss a deposit/ payment or can’t do a deposit/payment, this could lead to a cancellation without further notice from LADIES N THE SKY. I FULLY understand that the entire deposits/payments are not refundable and that the trips are for double occupancy unless otherwise stated. I also understand, that some trips might require me to share a double bed hotel room with another single traveler. By paying this invoice, I confirm that I have read all information regarding what is included and excluded for my trip with Ladies N the Sky. I confirm that I am being charged for the trip I requested and agree to all terms listed above.
