What are your hours?

We are available via email all times of the day and on weekends. Our phone hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. We respond very quickly via email at ladiesnthesky@gmail.com.


Is a Passport Required?

Not always!  Passport requirement depends on the destination.  A passport will be required for 90% of all Ladies N the Sky host trips.  It usually takes between 4 to 8 weeks to obtain a passport, therefore, start the process. Passports are good for 10 years for adults and 5 years for children under the age of 18.


Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is ALWAYS recommended. What happens if you need to cancel your trip, you miss your connection, your baggage is lost, a hurricane damages your destination, your flights are canceled, or you need emergency medical assistance? Travel insurance can protect your financial investment should any of these and more scenarios occur. Rates vary based on age, destination and the level of coverage selected but are pennies on the dollar when compared to what you could lose if you are not insured.


Is Ladies N the Sky just for women?

No. Ladies N the Sky caters to anyone looking to travel. Our ideal clients tend to be mostly professional women that are seeking ways to travel affordable. Ladies N the Sky is available to make travel arrangements for both men and women groups.


How can I become a member of Ladies N the Sky?

Ladies N the Sky is NOT a membership-based service. We are a company that provides travel services. Anyone who loves to travel is welcome to join us. All Ladies are encouraged to join our Facebook group to connect with other travelers and stay on top of new Ladies N the Sky trips and news.


Can I make reservations on an event after the payment have begun?

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.


What happens after I make my reservation?

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan.
