Once you are booked, we will send you an invoice reflecting the balance of your trip. You will have a minimum payment due monthly. The final payment date for this trip is October 31, 2025.
For LAND ONLY PACKAGES, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Kotoka International Airport “airport code: ACC” on DECEMBER 27, 2025. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on DECEMBER 26, 2025. You should also schedule your departure flight for JANAUARY 4, 2026 from Kotoka International Airport “airport code: ACC”.
NOTE: Assistance WILL BE PROVIDED to assist with purchasing your flight or you can meet host and departure from DFW.
Travel Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Accra. Welcome to Ghana! Meet and assist service upon arrival at Accra airport by our tour leader. Transfer to your hotel in Accra. Check in with free time to relax, Optional evening tours are available, Overnight in Accra.
Day 2-3
Breakfast at the hotel in Accra. Mid-day tour of old city of Accra known as Jamestown. you will be taken to W.E.B. Dubois Center, to learn the Pan African Culture. Next, we will go to Independence Square and Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park, where you can learn more about Ghana’s history and its independence. Transfer back to hotel to relax and prepare for dinner. Red & Gold Welcome Home Dinner. Transfer to your hotel in Accra. Overnight in Accra. Day 3: Meet up with your tour guide to experience an African Safari Tour. Transfer to your hotel in Accra. Enjoy a free evening to yourself. Overnight in Accra.
Day 4-5
Breakfast at the hotel in Accra. Meet up with your tour guide and head to the Central Region for the infamous Forts and Castles, where the Negro slave trade in the past is out in the open. Visit the Cape Coast Castle, a UNESCO world heritage site constructed by the Swedish in 1653. Next we will visit Elmina Castle, aka St. George’s Castle, built by Portuguese in 1482. Looking down from Elmina Castle, the colorful port is right underneath, as well as beautiful western African scenery of canoes going to the sea in evening glows. Overnight in Cape Coast. Day 5: Breakfast at the hotel in Cape Coast. Explore Cape Coast freely. Overnight in Cape Coast.
Day 6
Breakfast at the hotel in Kumasi/ Ashanti Empire. Visit the Royal Manhyia Palace Museum. Ashanti craft villages to observe craftsmen at work and to purchase souvenir gift items i.e. Ahwiaa to see woodcarvers producing Ashanti stools, fertility dolls & walking sticks; Ntonso to witness the Adinkra cloth and the tie-and-dye process and then to Bonwire for Kente cloth weaving. Overnight in Kumasi.
Day 7
Breakfast at the hotel in Kumasi. We will visit a Ghanaian village, where you will have the opportunity to dance to the local traditional drumroll, visit the distinguished tribal chief and elders, attend a naming ceremony and get your traditional African name. Overnight in Kumasi.
Day 8
Breakfast at the hotel in Kumasi. Transfer back to Accra to relax or do some shopping. Explore the Makola Market freely to see the Ghanaian way of life and trading. Ask and learn about the history of the Ghanaian markets. Gather later that evening for an African attire Farwell Dinner. Time and Location TBA. Overnight in Accra.
Day 9
Departure Day. Breakfast at hotel in Accra. After having your breakfast at the Accra hotel, transfer to Dubai International Airport for your final departure.
This is a binding non-transferable contract for travel with Ladies N the Sky. I understand that if I miss a deposit/ payment or can’t do a deposit/payment, this could lead to cancellation without further notice from LADIES N THE SKY. I FULLY understand that the entire deposits/payments are not refundable and that the trips are for double occupancy unless otherwise stated. I also understand, that some trips might require me to share a double bed hotel room with another single traveler. By paying this invoice, I confirm that I have read all information regarding what is included and excluded for my trip with Ladies N the Sky. I confirm that I am being charged for the trip I requested and agree to all terms listed above.
