Once you are booked, we will send you an invoice reflecting the balance of your trip. You will have a minimum payment due monthly. The final payment date for this trip is February 28, 2025.

This is a LANDONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city.  You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Barcelona Airport “airport code: BCN” on MAY 9, 2025, no later than 11:00 am. This means you will depart from the USA on May 8, 2025. You must also schedule your flight to depart on MAY 17, 2025 from Madrid International Airport “airport code: MAD”. 

This is a binding non-transferable contract for travel with Ladies N the Sky. I understand that if I miss a deposit/ payment or can’t do a deposit/payment, this could lead to cancellation without further notice from LADIES N THE SKY.  I FULLY understand that the entire deposits/payments are not refundable and that the trips are for double occupancy unless otherwise stated. I also understand, that some trips might require me to share a double bed hotel room with another single traveler.  By paying the deposit, I confirm that I have read all information regarding what is included and excluded for my trip with Ladies N the Sky. I confirm that I am being charged for the trip I requested and agree to all terms listed above.
