Once you are booked, we will send you an invoice reflecting the balance of your trip. You will have a minimum payment due monthly. The final payment date for this trip is August 31st, 2023.
For LAND ONLY PACKAGES, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates specified for the trip. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Gandhi International Airport “airport code: DEL” on OCTOBER 14, 2023. This means many of you must fly out of the United States on OCTOBER 13, 2023. You should also schedule your departure flight for OCTOBER 20, 2023 from Gandhi International Airport “airport code: DEL”.
NOTE: Assistance WILL BE PROVIDED to assist with purchasing your flight or you can meet the host at DFW Airport and fly to India together. Group Airfare rates will be provided 120 days prior to departure. (upon greet request)
Travel Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Delhi. Welcome to New Delhi, the capital of India! Arrive late this evening in Delhi and settle in to your hotel.
Day 2
Breakfast at hotel in Delhi. Meet up with your guide to tour Delhi. Visit the Red Fort, a sandstone fortress built during the peak of Mughal power. See Raj Ghat, Delhi’s tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, and visit the Gandhi museum. View the black-and-white onion dome and minarets of the Jama Masjid, one of the most elegant mosques in India. Take a rickshaw ride through the streets of Old Delhi. Join your fellow travelers at a welcome dinner. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 3
Breakfast at hotel in Delhi. Meet up with your guide to tour Delhi. Visit the India Gate, the most famous war memorial in India and Lotus Temple. See Qutub Minar, an early Islamic tower and UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore the grand boulevards, government buildings, and city parks. Visit Humayun’s Tomb and learn about the UNESCO-recognized complex. In the evening you can visit Aksharadham Temple: one of the largest modern Hindu Temples in India on your free time. Overnight in Delhi.
Day 4
Breakfast at hotel in Delhi. Meet up with your guide to transfer to Agra. Stop in Sikandra to explore the Mausoleum of Akbar the Great with your Tour Director and enjoy free time to explore the beautiful grounds. Then, continue to Agra. Enjoy lunch (not included) before heading out on a guided tour of the legendary Taj Mahal. Transfer back to Agra hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Breakfast at hotel in Agra. Meet up with your guide to transfer to Jaipur. View Jaipur, known as “The Pink City.” Walk through the city’s bustling markets. Marvel at historic sites and enter the City Palace to explore its museum with your guide. Transfer back to Jaipur hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6
Breakfast at hotel in Jaipur. Meet up with your guide for another day in Jaipur. You will make your way to the 16th-century Amber Fort to take in stunning architecture and sweeping views, making photo stops en route. View Hawa Mahal, “The Palace of Winds,” and walk through the colorful bazaar. Stop to admire the Jal Mahal, “The Floating Palace,” located on Man Sagar Lake. After free time to explore Jaipur’s many markets and bazaars. Group will sit down for a farewell dinner. Transfer back to Jaipur hotel for an overnight stay
Day 7
Breakfast at hotel in Jaipur. Transfer back to Delhi for last day in India. Enjoy Delhi own your own.
Day 8
Departure day
After having your breakfast at hotel, transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport for your departure flight. You’ll can relax in a dayroom before returning to the airport for your flight home.
