Once you are booked, we will send you an invoice reflecting the balance of your trip. You will have a minimum payment due monthly. The final payment date for this trip is August 30th, 2024.
This is a LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own international flight arrangements from your perspective airport city. When making your flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates specified for the trip. You should schedule your flight leaving out of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to ARRIVE in MIlan Airport “airport code: MIL” on OCTOBER 5, 2024. This means you will depart from the USA on OCTOBER 4, 2024. You must also schedule your flight to depart on OCTOBER 12, 2024 from Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (airport code FCO).
NOTE: Airfare rates will be provided from JFK to VCE within 120 days prior to departure. If you choose to schedule flights leaving a destination outside of the group designated location (JFK) New York, it will be your responsibility to inform the host of your expected arrival to (MIL) Milan for transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Travel Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Milan airport/private car transfer to Hotel. Meet for our tradition Ladies N The SKy Welcome Dinner.
Day 2
Milan – Tour of Milan , exploring some of the most breath taking locations, magnificent Gothic Milan Cathedral Duomo the Scala Opera House, the oldest mall in the world, Da Vinci’s Last Supper, and more.
Day 3
Milan to Venice – Full Day at Lake Como, Bellagio, and Villa Melzi.
Day 4
Venice – Private tour of Doge’s Palace.
Day 5
Venice – Florence – Train transfer to Florence. Free day to shop in the leather market. Explore the history of Florence.
Day 6
Florence to Rome – Private transfer to Rome with a stop over in San Gimignano, Montepulciano, or Orvieto.
Day 7
Rome – Private tour of Colosseum and Ancient Rome , Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, and more.
Day 8
Rome

This is a binding non-transferable contract for travel with Ladies N the Sky. I understand that if I miss a deposit/ payment or can’t do a deposit/payment, this could lead to cancellation without further notice from LADIES N THE SKY. I FULLY understand that the entire deposits/payments are not refundable and that the trips are for double occupancy unless otherwise stated. I also understand, that some trips might require me to share a double bed hotel room with another single traveler. By paying the deposit, I confirm that I have read all information regarding what is included and excluded for my trip with Ladies N the Sky. I confirm that I am being charged for the trip I requested and agree to all terms listed above.
